Historic Downtown Oxford will be transformed into an inviting, pedestrian-friendly destination in the upcoming months. The City of Oxford has already invested in over $300,000 in utility relocations underneath the streets and a projected $3 million in new sidewalks, green space, benches, and lighting that is historically appropriate to the character and charm of Oxford’s quaint downtown.
